Our business had been relatively successful on the back of hard work and the networks of our senior team. Yet to take our business to the next level and attract tier 1 clients, we knew marketing was the key. We found The Marketing Room and loved the in-house aspect. Our Marketing Manager quickly got to know our team, understand our business and it’s opportunities, and just importantly map and manage our way forward. They undertook a comprehensive rebrand of our business which overnight made us competitive with the market leaders. In addition they launched a new e-commerce website along with a corporate site for our large account clients. They branded and helped launch two new retails offerings in Wangara and Kalgoorlie. All of this happened in 3 months and without needing significant time and input from our busy senior management team. Directly tied to the marketing efforts we landed significant new business opportunities that matched the type and size we had envisioned. I couldn’t be happier with were we are thanks to TMR!

Cushion Factory looks very different now, thanks to our Marketing Manager and the TMR group. Our socials are more engaging and on brand, our customers see a more consistent message, and finally our branding matches the high quality of our products.
